Cancellation conditions can differ by stay, rate, reward, and product. TourCon should show the applicable conditions before the user confirms a purchase.

Booking-specific conditions
The cancellation deadline, refundable amount, fees, and no-show conditions should be displayed with the booking offer. Those product-specific conditions take priority over general explanatory content on this page.
Cancelling a booking
Where online cancellation is supported, travelers should be able to open the relevant reservation in My Bookings, review the expected refund or fee, and confirm cancellation.
Refund timing
Once a refund is approved and initiated, the time until funds appear can depend on the payment method, payment provider, card issuer, and banking network.
Starm Coins after cancellation
If a booking generated Starm Coins and the booking is later cancelled or refunded, the related reward transaction may be reversed according to the applicable rewards rules.
